“I was given a, “free inspection” from a very well known, large extermination company. I was told that we have a rat problem in our attic (he was only able to locate two droppings, in a very large attic). I called All-Rid for a second opinion, as I was told it would cost me about $6,000.00 or my whole family would get sick from the droppings. Paula came out, took me around and told me that the only two droppings she saw were old, there was no tunneling, and no rats. Because we live on a greenbelt, with a creek she advised to cut all trees away from the house, get rid of birdseed and she recommended a couple of bait stations. She also showed me where we should seal our roof, as well as around air conditioners, etc. We did all of that, and she also set some traps in the attic (although she did not feel it was necessary, I asked for it). Bottom line, we have never seen a rat, the traps were never disturbed, there are no droppings, or tunnels. Very ethical company, and very knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of Paula’s honesty, and would recommend them 100%.”
